"Refund got sorted real quick"
I had to send back a lamp cause the colour just didn’t look right in my room. The return form was easy to do and the refund came through faster than I thought it would. Didn’t have to chase anyone or send loads of annoying emails, so that was nice. Overall happy with how it went.

"Okay overall, just slow delivery"
Ordered a small item from Neptune. Site was easy enough to use. No issues there. Delivery took longer than the date I first expected. Bit annoying. It did turn up in good condition though. Driver was fine too. Just wish the updates were clearer. I had to keep checking myself a few times. Not terrible. Not great either.

"Really happy with our new garden set"
I bought a garden table and chairs from neptune.com and I’m really pleased with it so far. It looks lovely in the garden and feels nice and solid, even after a few rainy weeks. The cushions do dry kinda slower than I was hoping, but overall I’m really happy with the set.

"Found it quickly"
I found what I needed really fast, which was a nice surprise. I weirdly remember there was a squeaky cart nearby the whole time, but even with that going on, I was in and out quickly.

I had an issue with my order and had to send a couple of messages before things really got moving. I’m always a bit cautious in situations like that, so I kept my order details and screenshots handy just in case, but the team stayed polite and did eventually sort everything out. It wasn’t perfect from the start, but I’m happy with how it ended and I’d use Neptune again.

"Good experience overall"
I ordered a few bits from Neptune the other evening while half-watching TV, and the stock shown online was accurate for everything except one item. They let me know quickly though, so it wasn’t really a problem. The rest turned up as expected, and overall it was a smooth experience.

"Lovely chair, eventually"
I ordered an upholstered chair from neptune and, to be fair, the fabric is really lovely, thick, soft, and definitely feels good quality. The stitching is neat too, and the colour was pretty much what we expected from the samples, which was a pleasant relief. It did take a bit longer to arrive than planned, because apparently patience is part of the luxury furniture experience, and it’s certainly not cheap. Still, the chair itself is really nice and I’m happy with the quality overall.

"Small dent, but thankfully nothing to deal with"
The box showed up with a small dent, which made me sigh because I’m so tired of having to follow up on little delivery issues. Luckily, everything inside was fine, so it wasn’t really a problem in the end.

I don’t know why anyone would overcomplicate it, but the kitchen design chat was actually super easy to use and genuinely helpful. I got the guidance I needed without feeling pushed or confused, and it made the whole planning process feel a lot less stressful.

Went on neptune with no real plan. Not totally sure what I needed. Ended up chatting with the staff for a bit. They really knew their stuff. Sizes, materials, what would actually work in my room. All explained clearly. No pushy sales talk. Just honest help. Really easy experience overall.

"Glad it all turned out right"
I’ll be honest, I was a little nervous at first because I’ve been fooled by online orders before, especially with colours and sizing. But everything I ordered showed up exactly as listed in my email, and there were no mix-ups at all. It did take a bit longer to arrive than I was hoping, but since everything was correct, I’m happy overall

"Lovely kitchen finds!!"
Popped into the store to have a look at a few kitchen bits and had a really nice experience!! The staff were friendly and helpful without being pushy, which I really appreciated. They had some lovely things, though a few were a bit on the pricey side. The queue at the till took a little while, but overall it was a good visit and I’d definitely go back.

"I do like the look of…"
I do like the look of Neptune pieces, everything has that calm, simple, classic feel, which is really nice if that’s your style. Some of the designs are genuinely lovely, and I can see why people go for them. That said, for the price, a few items feel a little too safe to me. It’s tasteful, definitely, but I’m not sure much of it really stands out or feels that special
